All our Auli & Chopta packages start from Haridwar. Here's how to reach from major cities:
Nearest airport: Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun (280 km from Auli/Joshimath). Flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru. We arrange pickup from airport. The mountain drive is scenic but takes ~9 hrs.
Haridwar Railway Station is 270 km from Joshimath. Rishikesh station is 250 km. From the station, we drive you through scenic Garhwal Himalayas to Auli via Devprayag, Chamoli.
GMOU buses run from Rishikesh and Haridwar to Joshimath (the base for Auli). Journey takes 10–12 hrs. From Joshimath, cable car reaches Auli in 20 minutes. Chopta is accessible via Gopeshwar.
Haridwar to Joshimath (Auli) is 270 km (~9 hrs drive through Himalayas). Delhi to Auli is ~500 km. We provide AC / Non-AC vehicles with experienced mountain drivers.
