Teen Dham Yatra from Haridwar
📅 Book your Teen Dham Yatra from Haridwar 2026 & 2027 with complete tour packages.
Teen Dham Yatra visits three (3) of Uttarakhand's Char Dhams. There are several reasons for this, including accessibility, a limited number of leaves, previous visits to one of the Dhams, and so on. Popular packages include Yamunotri–Gangotri–Kedarnath and Badrinath–Kedarnath–Gangotri, which last 7 to 10 days.
With Kedarnath Dham becoming less accessible due to ongoing construction or costly heli tours, many tourists are choosing the Yamunotri–Gangotri–Badrinath Teen Dham Tour.

Itinerary
Day 1 Haridwar → Barkot (210 km / 7–8 hrs)
Pickup from Haridwar Railway Station or Dehradun Airport. Drive to Barkot via Mussoorie, stopping at Kempty Fall (it is recommended that you have lunch there as there are no good restaurants before Barkot). Later, drive straight to Barkot and transfer to your hotel. Overnight: Barkot
Day 2 Barkot → Yamunotri Darshan → Barkot
Early in the morning, drive to Jankichatti/Phoolchatti and start the 6-km trek to Yamunotri — on foot, by horseback, or by Doli (at your own cost). Rice can be cooked by wrapping it in a cloth and immersing it in the hot water of the Kund. Pilgrims bring cooked rice home as "Prasad". Pooja can be offered at Divya Shila near the temple after bathing in the clean water of Jamunabai Kund and having Darshan of the pious Yamunaji. Return to Barkot for an overnight stay. Overnight: Barkot
Day 3 Barkot → Uttarkashi (100 km / 4 hrs)
Drive to Uttarkashi. Visit the Vishwanath Temple and others. Check into hotel. Rest day at leisure. Overnight: Uttarkashi
Day 4 Uttarkashi → Gangotri → Uttarkashi (100 km each way / 3–4 hrs)
Early morning drive to Gangotri, stopping at Gangnani to take a holy dip in Garam Kund, then through the beautiful Harsil Valley — well-known for its natural beauty and stunning views of Deodar trees and mountains. Take a holy dip in the sacred Ganges (Bhagirathi) at the source. Perform Pooja and Darshan, then relax in the beautiful surroundings. Return to Uttarkashi. Overnight: Uttarkashi
Day 5 Uttarkashi → Guptkashi (220 km / 8–9 hrs)
Drive directly to Guptkashi through Moolgarh and Lambgaon. En route, see the beautiful Mandakini River at Tilwara. Drive alongside the Mandakini River, which flows from Kedarnath. On arrival, check into your hotel and spend the evening at the Ardh Narishwar Temple. Overnight: Guptkashi
Day 6 Guptkashi → Kedarnath Trek (30 km road + 19 km trek)
After medical examination, travel to Sonprayag. The trek from Sonprayag to Kedarnath (3,584m) begins — pony or Doli also available. Tour participants should carry personal medications, heavy woolens, toiletries, and clothing for an overnight stay at Kedarnath. Visit Kedarnath Temple. Evening aarti. Overnight: Kedarnath

Other sightseeing includes Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund, and the Mukh of the Saraswati River — about 3 km from Badrinath. Return to Pipalkoti, Rudraprayag, or Kirtinagar via Joshimath. Overnight: Pipalkoti / Rudraprayag
