Cancellation by the Traveler
If you wish to cancel your tour for any reason, you must inform us in writing via email or WhatsApp. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered the official cancellation date.
Cancellation Charges:
30 days or more before departure: 10% of total package cost
15–29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
7–14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
Less than 7 days before departure or no show: No refund
Note: Booking amount is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Dev Yatra
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, insufficient bookings, or operational issues, we will:
Offer an alternative date or similar tour package.
Or issue a full refund of the tour cost (excluding unrecoverable third-party charges).
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
No refund will be given for unused services once the tour has started.
Non-Refundable Services
Flight/train tickets, permits, or other bookings made on your behalf that are non-refundable by providers are not eligible for refund.
Certain festivals, peak season, and Char Dham bookings may have different or stricter cancellation rules.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations due to medical emergencies, natural calamities, or any unforeseen situations.
Force Majeure
Dev Yatra shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
