Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation charges:
30+ days before the journey: 10% of package cost.
15–30 days before the journey: 25% of package cost.
7–15 days before the journey: 50% of package cost.
Less than 7 days: No refund.
No refund for no-shows or unused services.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
Liability & Responsibility
Dev Yatra is not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Travelers must carry valid ID proof and required documents.
Dev Yatra is not liable for loss or damage of personal belongings.
Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for their personal health and fitness.
Inform the company of any medical conditions at the time of booking.
Covid-19 guidelines issued by the government must be strictly followed.
Itinerary Changes
Dev Yatra reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to operational or safety reasons.
Alternate arrangements will be provided in such cases, but no compensation will be given.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the package. We recommend guests purchase suitable insurance on their own.
Disputes & Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Haridwar, Uttarakhand courts only.
Use of Photographs
Dev Yatra reserves the right to use photographs/videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes without prior consent from travelers.
